He has worked across the globe with Corporate and startups in understanding their business and technology needs and assisted them in M&A, investments, hive-offs and Joint ventures.

He has lead a number of high profile and complex cross border transactions and thus have a deep understanding and practical experience of dealing with issues that may occur in a transaction especially involving cross border acquisitions, investments & JVs.

He has an extensive experience on both buy-side and sell-side transactions involving financial modelling, business planning, due diligence, cost analysis and other regulatory implications.

Currently part of the leadership team at 4B Networks Pvt Ltd (Prop-tech and largest platform for brokers, builders, buyers and banks). The company is founded by Rahul Yadav and backed by Infoedge (Largest Internet company in the country)

He has been a member of the co-founding & leadership team of APAC Financial

In his earlier profile he was the Chief Operating Officer of Sunteck Realty Ltd, one of the premier real estate companies of India.

Ayushi Mishra

Ayushi is a Biomedical Engineer and holds an MS Engineering Management degree from Johns Hopkins University. She pioneers the use of emerging technology to improve the human condition.

She has cofounded two successful technology startups- NIH funded Marigold Health (AI aided platform for mental health patients) and DronaMaps (drones, mapping, and artificial intelligence) used for sustainable development. Both DronaMaps and Marigold Health were borne of a desire to positively impact the human condition using innovative technology.

She firmly believes that tech is just a tool, our goals have to be more significant. She has been named by Vogue Magazine as 1 of 8 women in STEM leading the battle against Covid-19 in India.

A Company Secretary and law graduate, He handle secretarial and legal duties for listed and unlisted corporations in Mumbai. As a member of the ICSI and Vice Chairman of the Navi Mumbai Chapter, he have a wealth of experience. Before starting his own practice, he worked as a Company Secretary & Legal Head at Hotel Sahara Star, liaising with government authorities and drafting legal agreements. He also gained experience as a legal intern, and worked with various firms, including Advocate Anurag Baijal, assisting with drafting legal documents and liaising with authorities.
